As Elementrix’s “Chief Reimaginner”, he has developed several training strategies with large organizations, fully focused on digitization and the use of the best technologies to support learning models.

Renato Soares has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Consulting, having worked in companies such as Accenture and Korn Ferry. He is currently the leader of TACK TMI Brazil.
He holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology and a specialist in Professional and Career Guidance from the University of São Paulo.
His vision of the human resources market is quite transversal as he has worked with different sectors such as financial, mineral, insurance, pharmaceutical, food and many others.
In this world where it is increasingly important to follow trends, Renato will analyze the role of corporate academies in organizational training strategies.
Olga Svoboda

Olga Svoboda has been the Country Manager of the GI Group for Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro since the business group has been present in these countries. She is currently a consultant and trainer in the HR area.
