Daniela Vieira dos Santos
Director of Operations at Blended Training Services, she has more than 15 years of experience in the field of training, HR development, in face-to-face and virtual environments. Specialized in the context of e-learning approaches, she is responsible for operational management in the company, both nationally and internationally. She has a degree in Communication, a Post-Graduation in eLearning Management and Administration and in Digital Marketing. Certified in the Kirkpatrick Impact Evaluation Model and in High performance Learning Journeys, by Prof. Brinkerhoff.
